I don't have a picture for tonights post, but I do have a request to make of anyone that reads here. The flooding in Iowa is making huge news right now and that just happens to be where half of our family lives...actually more than half. We have a few over in Nebraska too. Anyway, where some of the really bad flooding is going on just happens to be where family lives. Now family is safe and have been out helping other's get out or helping with sand bagging. My sister-in-law however had not been able to get in touch with her grand parents and several other relatives. So some good thoughts and prayers for their safety would be great. Hopefully Mother Nature will back off of the whole area here soon, but after seeing that a tornado hit a Boy's Scout Camp tonight, I'm not so sure that Mother Nature is done with them just yet. To family reading I hope that houses stay dry and just stay safe. Oh and if you are really sick and tired of the rain it bone dry here in Arizona right now and you are more than welcome to come here.

Clarification: The people missing are all relatives on my dad's side of the family, including my grandparents (not my parents). No word yet from them but I'm thinking positively. (It's difficult to locate people who have been evacuated when they don't have cell phones.) Thanks again for the prayers!
I'm not sure why I had it in my head that it was your parents. Thanks for the clarification, but doesn't change the need to keep good safe thoughts going for them.
Thank you again, Theresa! All of my family members have now been located.
